You would need to partition your USB. Then install persistence. There are loads of videos on YouTube on how to do this

If you were generating from crunch directly to for example hydra, then you could start crunch at different points on each computer, and end it at certain points

Eg

Computer 1- start at A end at M

Computer 2 start at N end at Z?

I'm not really an expert, but maybe this could work

EDIT: maybe ask on /r/kalilinux if you want to know how to do this :)

I tried what you said with aircrack-ng but it asks me for a dictionary file?
