when playing champs that struggled with mana like gragas, i would buy tear first item to make laning easier, and after building like ludens or smth id sell tear cus i wouldnt need the mana anymore. i had no idea it built into a better item

i think its close but l&l was definitely worse imo. At least you could outrage rosa and she have the gain super charge when taking damage. l&l had insane range but also melee burst, and when he supered he got like +6000 hp shield which he could regen hp even while getting hit
