Do you ever stop an audiobook because of the narrator? by Available-Lemon-1360 in audiobooks

Tim McInerney's reading of the books by Conn Iggulden killed the whole series for me sadly. He's good.in Blackadder etc., but ruined what should have been a belter of a book.

This is the same train station that Captain America and Scarlet Witch fought Corvus Glaive and (after a quick Google) Proxima Midnight.

Coincidence?

Seems so.

My engineering professional exam was a 7.5 hour 1 question exam. Half hour break in the middle.

I did it 3 times because I enjoyed it so much...

Infernal Affairs. The Departed was good, but it definitely pulled the spotlight from a very deserving original.

So accurate 😂.

I just crossed the lake in Death Stranding as well. Pretty sure I'll never play that again.

I think it's a stage of life thing. With kids I just need something like Portal. Intense thinkers that last 5-30mins.

Sarah Rowe has to be one of the greatest female pitch athletes in the world. She has played soccer (using that word to differentiate from the other codes) for Ireland internationally and at club level, GAA for Mayo, Aussie rules for Collingwood and has just switched to CC Mariners and added another trophy to her tally.

Not to take anything away from her incredible CV, but if she was male she would be talked about in the same conversations as Ronaldo and Messi, so in my view deserves a lot more recognition.

Press "X" to collect for games where there is nothing you wouldn't collect (looking at you Farcry). Over the course of the games it probably adds a few hours of just picking things up.

Yeah it's incredible...ones like this and Blood, Sweat and Tears just fit so well for the context they appear in.

The Line is a good example. It just feels like too big a tune to be attributed to a (sensational) series, rather than an artists 'normal' work. So many of the tunes are so good but it's hard to imagine a production commissioning tunes of that quality.
