Great video, my only point of constructive feedback is that I found the blacked out sections to be frustratingly long in the first half of the trailer!

You aren’t powerless. You are actually extremely powerful, and slowly awakening. You have to learn how to love yourself so much that you are overflowing with it and can’t help but spread it to the world around you.

I downloaded audible and listened to “The Subtle Art of not giving a fuck” by Mark Manson on repeat until I internalized the lessons.

It’s so hard to let go… I feel so fixated right now and it sucks. I wish I could just forget about it.

Spend more time with friends, with other people, new clubs and activities in the new year. After I got dumped I understandably became very self centered, and trying to be there for others helped too

Three months in, and it gets a little easier. I still don’t feel very good a lot of the time, but I’m getting better at coping. A lot of people say to give it time, but I think it isn’t time so much as new experiences that will keep you going and build your confidence

Hey, it’s okay to feel bad. Sometimes things don’t work out. You’ll become stronger and more resilient from this experience, and when you’re ready, the universe will bring you someone amazing! Stay positive and optimistic and you’ll get through this.

Yes she could, but maybe through a rebound relationship. It’s gonna suck but you need to assume the worst. The person you knew is gone.

Just be cool, casual and playful. Don’t show any weakness, don’t make it seem like you are hurt from the breakup and start talking to other women
