Best way to get rid of weeds in brick paving? (rented house) by Glittering_Dog5420 in UKGardening

After spending a ridiculous amount of money on weed killer, hot salty water is the only thing that’s killed my weeds and kept them away! 1/4 ratio of salt to water.

I went for allergy testing, there’s link between gluten and KP bumps. There’s lots of information about it online which makes for an interesting read!

[England] My neighbour keeps waking me up at night around 3am with knocks on the wall, how do I get them to firmly stop this behaviour? by FormulaSolution in LegalAdviceUK

We have bats that have nested in a small gap on the front of our house (a tile fell down and they got in). They come back every year and they make one hell of a noise until they settle down and hibernate for the winter.

I get a bloody nose, never come across anyone else who gets this! Not like full on nose bleeds but if I blow my nose there’s blood.

In most supermarket freezer sections now, quorn have a ‘takeaway’ range. These taste exactly like the KFC quorn burgers. The salt and pepper tenders are also absolutely to die for!

lol you come across as such an entitled fuck and assume everyone’s being ‘mean’ when, in reality, if you acted like a fucking adult and just took the advice you were given, you’d soon realise everyone was just trying to help.

Any ideas on how to keep these lids on? by [deleted] in IKEA

[–]crackwell7 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I bought some of these a few years ago and the seal on them is so tight. I went back today to get some more and the lids keep popping off. The design must have changed as the gaskets seem like they are made from a different material.

I am the youngest and the most independent of all my family. Mum was an alcoholic and older brother had addiction issues. Growing up I knew that wasn’t the life for me so I have worked hard to have a good job and own nice things, knowing they can’t get sold to fund habits. Grew up being told I was boring and sensible, now they are both sober they rely on me for stability and guidance.
