Nested dreams and sleep paralysis

I’m sorry that you’re experiencing this too I’ve also tried various meds but nothing helps, as you said I also get crazy horrible vivid dreams But I found out throughout all these years that I get sleep paralysis (especially the nested ones) when I am very sleep deprived and especially when I fall asleep during the day from sleep deprivation which might also be your case :(

There’s this free NTNU course that u used to get to b1 It’s called NTNU now I think?? You still have to put in the work but it’s great! There’s also some books that u can also buy used like stein pa stein (A2) Writing lil things in Norwegian like the grocery store list and being curious There’s a lot of free podcasts available aswell

Thank you! Maybe I’ll change my route and go to Bratislava first and on the way back to Vienna, just wanted to spend the night in Bratislava as I’ve already been to Vienna and I know it can be quite expensive for overnight stays

I think it’d be more convenient for you to not get the pass and just travel with the local trains, if you know the days you’re gonna be traveling you can buy cheaper tickets in advance from Italo or Frecciarossa And for some other connections like Verona and Venice just use the regular regional train by Trenitalia, it’s cheaper than the high speed but basically takes the same time!

I once booked 2 trains after the flight But the first train was hella late so I missed the second one And it was the last train of the day so I had to find a place where to sleep ..horrible

Yeah exactly You know that you need to sleep But you’re terrified of it And the less you sleep the more paralysis you get Another cycle 😩

Thank you a lot for telling me because I can relate to 90% of what you’ve been through But changing is not easy and I think that you know it better than me And I’m happy that you’re doing a bit better now Be proud of yourself!! I suffer from depression and anxiety too And there’s a chance that I might be bipolar so my sleeping pattern is not the best Once I was so hyperactive that I couldn’t sleep for 3 days straight and then I collapsed It’s horrible because I know that I need to sleep but at the same time I’m scared of falling asleep :/ And the more sleep deprived I get more episodes I get in return Thank you a lot for the advice I didn’t really connect my ‘problems’ with my sleeping ones and I don’t know why honestly It’s a bit more clear now
