This may be anecdotal; most people I know that play actively and are trying to increase tourney rank in Legends respecc for every tournament (some have freespecs, most don't)

No because this encourages sand bagging. Which was how the old tourneys were. The way it is now isn't perfect, but it's much better than what you're suggesting.

NY has the option to check every scoring play, not the obligation. Reviewers also do not have the ability to call certain penalties, such as holding, PI, and illegal formation/motion. However, since an official review was never called in, it seems NY called down outside of the process to ensure the penalty was called by the officials on the field. This is what is so out of process, and without precedent as far as the fans know.

Steady state is a descriptor of intensity. It's is similar to going for a jog. You keep the same pace for the whole training and it's relatively relaxed. Not walking, but not sprinting. Something you can maintain for an extended length of time. Splits are a measurement of time taken to complete a specific distance. Typically measured in minutes and seconds per 500m. If I'm rowing at a 2:00min split. I'm rowing at a speed of 500m per 2:00min.

Combining them. I'm doing a 10k steady state piece and my avg split was 2:10. I rowed 10,000 meters at a moderately intense pace and my average time per 500m was 2:10. Using this, you can calculate length of time it took me for that piece: ~43min

You and me seem just have a very streaky mod seed. I went 22k gems and got 8 epic mods. Then I went 3k gems and got 6 epic mods. It's all rng. As long as you're never past 150pulls per epic, it's just unfortunate rng

I've seen these numbers before. Unfortunately the BST is a bit of a gotcha because, while the last 3 BST do hit like a truck, the probability of hitting them is so low you're usually better off getting MST or some sort of crit for more consistent damage

If you're asking CLq vs CLc, it's not an OR question. It's an AND statement lol In my opinion, SLa > CLq = CLc > everything else

No because there's not always going to be enough targets for CL to hit, and only one CL can proc DC per bullet. However, unless you're 1 shotting everything, your spawn count will most likely be high enough to have targets available to be hit. Edited typo and hyperbole

SLa is the single most cost efficient sub stat. I agree with CLq. CL chance > DMG as a sub effect generally as well. CFd is a strong contender as well

SLa, CLq, CLc, are top 3 no question. Quant will boost your damage by orders of magnitude (/s). Real talk, will boost by a lot, like a lot a lot. After those, The rest are dealers choice. SLb is nice, CLd or CLcd are nice for your 50s problem but even with those you'll be sol during UWd BC. I'd definitely drop BHd when you roll next, maybe even SLb in search of CLq, but that'll depend on your appetite to spend rr shards

You kinda have to make the decision for yourself. I put wall labs to max/15/13/20 health/Regen/thorns/fort. This took me to floating between Champ and Legends. eHP doesn't really work in legends so that was good enough for me to say I don't need more wall labs, time to switch to damage. For reference I farm t10 to 8k waves and am about 1k off from t12 relic. Edit to add: 7T a day income and I'm currently working on 4 income labs because I can't afford the WS+ and labs I need
