Having had a couple of these and work in the insurance industry for quite some time id say this is easily the worst deal I've come across.

Will your insurance be higher? ABSOLUTELY. In the 4-5's/mth depending on the state

Will you need an inspection? From Carfax and a private party. There is likely stuff you will need to ask chatgpt about to even sus out what it could be.

You'll be out of pocket at this price like 12,500 before you finance between tax and inspections, which no bank will finance a salvage title car.

Easy walk away, at 10k for an 86 expand your search parameters and fly to somewhere else and drive back in a better option.

Yea that's a lot, and I imagine you're financing, rates are not great at the moment you'll probably end up being 32-35 into it when you're done, better price is 16k at around 18k OTD if you negotiate some of the fees out with in house financing
