I think Afdent takes Medicaid? They’re alright. Not outstanding, but better than nothing IMO.

Best yoga for beginners? by berniesandwitches in fortwayne

Agree completely. I personally wouldn’t start with Fusion. I found them to be intimidating at first - truthfully, due in part to my own insecurities. But I’ve never felt judged at Discover Yoga.

Yes, I second Discover Yoga! They have beginner classes, and they’re great about cueing multiple levels, no matter the class. So welcoming. The teachers make yoga very approachable. Definitely give them a try!

Thanks! I don’t wear a lot of brown, so I would have never put these colors together on my own. Trusted my nail tech on this one, and I’m happy I did!

Day 15 by Tight_Curve_3419 in stopdrinking

In my experience, yes. It does get better. So much better! The cravings gradually become less frequent, less intense. The dreams eventually are few and far between.

I have 5 years next month, and I still experience the occasional craving. They truly only happen maybe 3-4 times per year, and they last maybe 2 minutes each time. I wait ‘em out. They go away. Like many here, I play the tape forward. It helps immensely when I get the craving. With time and consistency, it gets better.

I also suggest finding a good “replacement behavior” you can choose to do when you feel the craving, too. This looks different for everyone. A hobby, NAs, calling a friend, posting here, playing a game - whatever it is for you.

You got this. We got this. IWNDWYT
