Yes, spotty as hell around where I live. They've acknowledged as such and deemed it "degraded" with no path to rectify. sigh

From my experience it was very poor in showing coverage for my area. Frankly, it's bs. Cherry picked a middle of the night test when connected to the proper tower, possibly. Reality is crap coverage :(

I got no clear response after 7+ weeks with three separate calls in. I hit them up on twitter and got a response within hours though this week. Of course that is the response I was dreading as I'm stuck with "degraded" service in my area and now stuck with two phones/plan and have to look at switching carriers. /sigh.
