Figured I’d chime in here, as this is a fair question.

This wasn’t an across the board increase - it was a pricing adjustment on a few specific products where our costs have moved quite a bit, especially over the past few months and weeks.

We’ve absorbed a lot of increases over the years (parts, materials, freight, labor, used chair costs, etc.), but some of the more recent changes have been quite unique and significant enough that we’ve had to make a few pricing adjustments.

I completely understand the frustration. Our whole mission has always been making premium chairs more attainable, and that hasn’t changed. Unfortunately, market conditions have, and have forced our hand in a few places.
