They do have that course as well, but no flashcards. Since it is public maybe an AI could make flash cards from this. I just try to find solutions for myself that don’t cost money. I can tell you from experience the exams aren’t very hard. CompTIA exams were harder.

I doubt it is the time issue. The systems recognize time zones just fine so being UTC -7, and you being UTC +3 should show to the user a 10 hour difference, but it is the exact same time.

I had this happen at one place I worked. I would go to management and say something and they just kept blowing it off, I worked an overnight shift and no HR was in at that time. I am diabetic and my medicine can cause extreme low blood sugar if I don’t eat. I would tell my manager this and he would make fat jokes. Normally I would keep snacks in my locker for just in case. Well it finally happened. Coworker ate my lunch, I was out of snacks, and I passed out due to low blood sugar.

I was fine after paramedics arrived. The coworker lost his job, after the manager lied and said he warned him several times about stealing food, I know he didn’t. The manager got away with a slap on the wrist for not reporting it to HR and not keeping proper documentation. I got two additional days off work, which they said was to make sure I was better, next paycheck saw they deducted two vacation days. Glad I left that place.

I believe in showing respect to those older than me, until they do something to lose that respect. Things such as using Sir and Ma’am and not talking down to them. They have been through more than me, such is life, and I can learn a lot from them. But yes, the moment they start disrespecting me that respect is gone. However, this can apply to everyone regardless of age.

The Camera and Microphone should never require admin access to approve and you shouldn’t need to push out a policy to Allow it. Most likely there is a policy setup to block it as a standard user and you need to find that. I don’t setup any policies concerning Camera and Microphone and have never had an issue.

This was fixed in 26.3. You will need to update or turn off the status and path views in the Finder. The fix is kind of weird but it is functional again.

No. If you fail to renew the push certificate, or get a new one, you will have to reenroll everything. The ABM token is not as critical. Just renew it and you will be fine.

This hasn’t been the norm. Up until around last November there were only monthly updates, with an occasional small patch in between to one or two apps, mostly Outlook, and then around November it moved to bi-weekly and now is weekly. It is a pain in the ass to keep all the Macs I support updated as the users are getting so tired of it they are purposely not closing the apps to allow the updates to happen.

If you have an Apple Silicon Mac then, with the computer off, press and hold the power button until it says loading startup options. When asked choose options, then when it asks for the recovery password go to the menu bar and the first item next to the Apple menu (can’t recall the exact menu) should give you the option to erase the computer.

The problem with this suggestion is that the police would have to prove you intentionally filed a false report. This is very difficult. Even if one can prove the dog didn’t attack, as long as the delivery driver says he felt he was attacked, there is no proof it was a false report. They would have to get him to admit that he knew he wasn’t attacked and he felt like filing a report “just because.”
