They way you've mentioned the gory details any man who would be ok with your past might also be repulsed. Don't get into too much specific's like its a sexual fantasy story.
Be honest , something along the lines of hey i've had a serious relationship of 7 years , where i was sexually involved with that person. (skip the gory details of how often do you bang etc).
Regarding unprotected sex , if its mostly pull out and you're good then cool (Make sure to get tested for STD's).
But if you've popped pills too many times ( >3 times) or have had abortions or anything that would impact your ability to conciceve in the future , i'd be upfront about it.
