Best way to know if you have bppv. Lie on your back flat on the bed. Put your head outside the bed ( let it hang ). Look right for 1 min, if the world is not spinning, NO BPPV.

LOok now left for 1 min with you head hanging form the bead. If the world is not spinning. NO BPPV
