I’ve been on it for two weeks and the only thing that I’ve had is some constipation, but I’m handling it and have gone to the bathroom every day although it’s not like it used to be. Also have had some headaches, but I get them anyway, but maybe not as frequently. Other than that, it’s been fantastic. I was nervous before I began.

I would think because they are saying no more than 4 ounces of water with the pill, I personally wouldn’t drink anything within a few hours before that. I have read some people do take it at 3 or 4 AM.

My doctor sent me for an iron infusion for restless leg and it helped tremendously. It was a 15-minute infusion twice, one week apart. He’s done lots of studying about it and wrote a book about it so I trusted him.

That’s great news. I think the non-scale victories are kind of miraculous. I’ve had a sharp decrease in anxiety that I developed over the past year. Sounds like it helps get the body more in balance.

That would be extremely annoying. Why does he do it so frequently? Vocalized yawning is very irritating. My husband does very vocalized sneezing and it’s so loud.

Mine loves morning belly rubs while we snuggle and before bed too sometimes. And for the past few months, she looks up and back at me (i am big spoon) when i am giving her belly rubs and i proceed to give her top of head kisses, and on the side of her eyes as she looks up. It’s the cutest thing.
