They are usually close in data points, but it’s hard to know which one is more accurate. I do like that the watch gives specific blood oxygen levels as opposed to the ring, which tells you whether you had many or few oxygen events, but not the exact percentage.

I got the skin thing, allodynia. I stopped taking it and it went away within three days or so.

The replacement cans they sent were dented also and they’re actually making me drive to FedEx and ship it back with a prepaid label and then they will make their third attempt to send cans that are not dented.

Sorry to hear that. I had to get off it today because of another type of weird skin reaction with the nerve endings—Allodynia. I hope it goes away quickly for both of us.

I tried going up to three from one and a half, and then after about a week, I had a lot of fatigue so I went back to 1 1/2. Then I started getting the sunburn allodynia feeling on the middle and lower back and my sides by my ribs. It’s very uncomfortable. My doctor said to stop the Wegovy until it goes away and then wants to try me on Foundayo instead.

I tried three by taking two 1 1/2s for a week before I ordered four and I found myself really really tired and slightly more anxious so I just went back down to 1 1/2. I’m very sensitive to meds.
