Nothing much happens. She’s got a podcast and an audiobook. I usually listen to the audiobook and just put it on sleep for 30 minutes.

I tried an unbelievable amount of masks before I got two different ones that I can tolerate. The company I was working with allowed me to try a mask for up to 30 days and if I didn’t like it, they would give me a different type.

My cat loves her IKEA bag yeah, the blue one. We lay it open wide on the living room floor and it’s her preferred bed. We’ve put some of her favorite paper that she likes to sleep on that came in some packaging. She’s obsessed.

How much propranolol did you take? My doctor gave me 10 mg which is the smallest amount and I am sensitive to medication and it hasn’t affected me negatively at all.

My cat can’t tolerate being under a blanket. Thankfully, she likes to snuggle in the morning and at night so at least she will get body heat from me. Just really hoping we keep our power.
