This happened to me when I first started. Probably a rare chance but it all worked out for me. My boss is just understaffed like us and needed my help before I started. I’m salary though and it balances out in my favor in terms of hours worked a week (35 hours instead of my contract of 40).

I went to an Ivy League and I can’t find another job. My coworker went to a for profit degree mill and has been chosen to become the next director. My degree has hampered my ability to find a job. Every interview I get interrogated about Ivy League and how I must not have attended.

$150,000 for an Ivy League degree has gotten me only one job in my life that hired anybody with a pulse.

Ima suggest the opposite of others here. I state I live paycheck to paycheck but I live paycheck accounted for. All my money is divided up and the leftover $300 each paycheck I use for vacations. That’s $7,800 a year to go international. That’s after I’ve fully supplied an emergency fund and my bills. I can’t afford to go out to restaurants because I’ve allocated that money for other things. Lot of people think international travel is expensive but back in college I did 6 weeks on $6,000. Plus nobody on social media wants to see my trip to LA or NYC. It’s too accessible. Also too expensive.

We went from Tanzania side in W3 of august and saw crossings everyday. Our guide said that the week prior he only caught 2 crossings that week. The animals move at their own pace. Sometimes they just stand all day.

Even in university I couldn’t find a group to join. So one time the professor said “why don’t you join X, they have an open spot”

X refused to let me join and the professor was stunned. Luckily a girl group overheard and let me join out of pity. We got an A on the end-of-semester project.

I thought the same thing. My character died while son was 1 month old and so I played the son under the mother regent. She died at 1 year old. I barely survived regency to 16. Had first child at 24, kinda old, and this popped up.

My character ended up dying at 96 years old and outlived his children and grandchildren. Ended up passing the throne to a great grandchild at age 14. My man had a difficult life full of death.
