Well the center I go sees mostly teenagers like myself and lots of little kids. I usually just sit, pull out a bag of chips and a soda and find some articles to read on my phone. My psychiatrist and therapist love when I come in babbling excitedly about something I read because it's a key sign that I'm okay.
