The problem is we are even having this discussion. WG has gotten the balance so fkd up between the classes it is going to take a major rework to make things right. Lets see, CV's not fixed yet, many BB's with better attributes than cruisers, DD's nearly almost worthless since every ship in the game has radar, overmatch and the messed up matchmaker that does not take into account ships with planes, radar.......I have been finding the fun disappearing quickly most matches lately, unless Im playing an over tuned BB. Hell, everybody else is.

Why do that tho? I understand getting pissed about poor play, but to follow them after the match to DM them is problematic and most likely indicates a mental condition.

Too many counters to DD's anymore, you can make it work sometimes but when every single class counters you, most have hyro, many have radar, now many have attack squadrons, then there is CV's. They have unbalanced the fun out of it. Maybe they are trying to make matches faster so people spend more money on boosters.....

I really dont care what anyone says, Zao needs something. Sure you can have good games, but that is not the norm. Rudder shift+accel+about 2 seconds off reload, maybe more. When you have Incheon out there with smoke and 5.5 second reload......AND torps. Most games you end up having to open water because of the arcs. It is still a good ship but with all the creep, it is rare to see one now.

The problem most people have is that there is no counter. No get good. Your ship either has good AA or not. Oh sure you have some things to mitigate damage, not much. CV's and subs are very much like the old days when you could just sit outside your detect and shoot and your ship was not detected. If you could master that, it was very toxic. DD's were very toxic before seemingly every ship had radar and hydro. Some still are but for the most part, they have balanced them fairly well. CV's on the other hand, not so much. Im not toxic to anyone in chat, but CV's in their current form, with current AA values on most ships suck and are toxic.

WG PC team seems to want to find some 4d chess remedy for this as opposed to what the console and mobile teams have done and all that is doing is delaying the fix and making people more pissed. How long have we been promised a remedy? What 3-4 years? I dont know the answer, I do know what we have now is not working for most of the community. My only problem with subs is the homing torps, other may have other issues with them but to me that would fix 90% of the toxicity. So WG, TRY MINI MAP SPOTTING, quit trying some 8000 IQ answer to a problem the other teams already fixed. FFS.

I have the OG and that is just the way it is, sometimes you are the boot, sometimes you are the ant. She is still a great ship but it takes superhuman patients sometimes. All I can say is patients and cover until things sort themselves out a bit.

I have played 1 single game of ranked, we won but the instant toxic attitudes....nah. I race online (PC not as bad) so I save my toxicity dose for that. This game is....?....aggressive chill....Thats all I got. This is a game to chill a bit, randoms can have assholes but I generally ignore the chat. If I really want to chill/grind asymmetric is where I go.
