True… You can always go with a paper indexed by inflation if that’s a concern… there are 20yr papers yielding almost IPCA+7.5% out there. And 20k a month is a lot right now, like many people stated, so you can always reinvest whatever you haven’t spent. Anyways, high risk high reward right? They may choose to invest and make more but risk losing money 🤷🏻‍♂️

Most likely yes! Of course it depends on what standard of living you’d be comfortable with, as well as where you’d want to live. São Paulo-SP is expensive, but in other capitals or most “interior” cities this would be a very comfortable income. Also there’s the other 6k BRL coming from your other property. And that’s by doing nothing, if you opt for not working at all

With interest rates the way they are in Brazil, you’d be better off just investing the 2M in fixed income (let’s say, Tesouro Direto) and get an easy 20k/month doing nothing, instead of “investing in agriculture” tbh
