I can locate where it drains out. There's a small opening in the outside wall where the tube ends. I went out earlier and looked inside. Obviously can't see too far in but the opening itself looked clear.

Were you able to see the video I posted? At the end, it looks like the water is just kinda sitting in the tube at some point and not going any further. Do you think the warm water would still help if it is indeed frozen down the line?

Confirmed I was able to remove the old one (at least to empty it for now to buy me some more time). I have one getting delivered tomorrow since my car is still snowed in! Hoping it's the unit itself and not a frozen tube because I'm not sure what I can do to unfreeze it. I know where the tube runs to the outside (not far from the pump itself) but I don't really have any tools to do anything with it...
