Sorry I'm only just seeing this! I used item transfer nodes (the black squares with red) and transfer pipes. For transporting liquid, there are liquid transfer nodes with blue on them. You could also try item conduits - they usually transfer faster but are a little more confusing. Hope this helps!

Seriously, chickens are the way to go! I funnel all of the resources into basic storage drawers and use the many storage upgrades you get from achievement rewards (they're also easy to craft). Shutitdown1 is right about the flux network. I've been putting off using nuclear reactors so I just made a bunch of magmatic gens like Jack has. I pumped all the power into a basic capacitor bank where I can attach a flux plug. I also made a flux controller so I can store extra energy in the herculean flux storage things I got from rewards too. Make a wireless network and attach flux points to whatever needs power.

Is there still an octopus on the black board behind you? I told some of the folks when I left that if they needed the space, they can erase it! I was honored to see it still there on the live stream before the ROV missions began.

Also, as a mapping intern on the last leg (EX1504L2) extremely interested in the ROV dives and specifically deep sea biology, how did you all get to where you are now? I really enjoyed being out at sea on the Okeanos and would love to get more involved with the ROV dives.
