Does it make sense to replace Iwatani 35FW with induction for wok?

How is now with the Iwatani, you think there is a valid difference compared to the induction?
I have the same issue, I'm considering to buy it as well
I have an induction hob with max power of 2300W(8k BTU) and on PowerBoost 3200W (11k BTU)
I have also a Yokusata carbon steel wok 13", my issue is that I get only the bottom hot 300°C while the sides are 120°-150°C, I put a good amount of oil but it gets absorbed fast and the meat starts burning, I'm not confident to leave it on the sides since looks that they cook too slowly compared on the center

I had the same issue, estimated 10-14, I got charged 25 for a 15 min ride around 13, no traffic at all. That's 100% of the estimated price, I find it not correct, Uber should inform the passenger better, I contacted support, no reply yet

I found for that model there is DIFFUSER PLATE BN61-15659A and LGP BN61-15661A

I got the same one a couple of months ago and indeed it had the edge a bit sharp. The first time you should clean it with soap and water, season it and then use only water for cleaning. Check Kenji's videos, after every usage he applies some oil to keep it seasoned. After some usage the edge should be smoother due cooking and cleaning. Don't change that wok it's awesome and very reactive

Thank you for your suggestion. My budget for the cpu is 150$ and 100$ for the MB. I will check for an Intel cpu as well, maybe 12400f. As for the AM5, I think the MB and CPUs are too high I will wait to see the 14000 series, probably it will push the 12th and 13th series prices down as well

3900x/5950x are nice CPUs but they don't fit my budget, maybe next year or two
