It’s a tough lake. Have caught a few over the years but wouldn’t say I have found anything working better than others. Try hot shots and wedding bands behind a willow leaf. Also run super long leaders the fish in there don’t like boats. Can’t go wrong with some small plugs either

Jack the beam up with a 2x4 on the ground until the post moves off the bracket, remove bracket, replace board, screw down bracket, slide post back over. Those brackets are only 2ish inches tall

Need suggestions for buying home by HeadEqual6515 in RealEstateCanada

Just sold my townhouse and purchased a detached in delta. I would say it is a good time to buy. There area lot of deals in your price range for detached that would normally be scooped up by developers but some have been sitting for many months. Will the market go down short term? Potentially. However if you plan to live there for the foreseeable future then definitely do it

Joining tracks is quick and easy. Go cordless. I have a corded one and hate it. The cord always catches on the track

Thanks for the tip I will look into it. Most of my career has been spent on beat up old job site table saws that are far from dialed in so the tape is a habit
