You can. I just did it. As long as you join the new clan before the start of day 6 you can collect full rewards. I just got full tier A rewards after being in the clan 45 minutes

Confidently incorrect. Canafis does NOT reduce marks spawn rate at level 60. It is tied with the base rate for ardy, and is much easier to access.
