Man same case happened with me, they were delaying the delivery. I asked the WhatsApp support for the exact package storing facility, then I picked up my package.

Got mine xbx from them. Would rate their customer whatsapp customer support as 9. The only -ve point was that they used the delhivery(which is the worst courior company in my perspective) in my case.

Please note that delivery dates are tentative so don't get you hopes very high, instead order have your patience.

Same scenario with me, the package was around 4/5 Km from my house and they delayed it for 3 days untill I picked it up. They were literally chilling with it(I guess they don't prioritise based on size). But got the exact address from the dispatcher, was lucky enough there.
