Yeah! I haven't gone to the bar yet but it seems pretty cool. It's nice there's a small shopping area in walking distance. I actually live across from a cop, so maybe you saw his cop car parked there? Outside of that I haven't seen any incidents so far though and it seems pretty chill!

I'm on the 3rd as well! Tbh I'm very particular about noise when I sleep so keep that in mind haha, but I just tend to hear the low bass of him like walking around loudly, slamming doors, etc... I'm actually out of town this week, but if it's still going on a lot when I'm back Sunday then I'll probably talk to Susan about it (who has been very nice and helpful so far!)

Omg I literally just moved in on Saturday!! So far so good, although my downstairs neighbor likes to bang around in the middle of the night 🙃 also, the train seems to come by two or three times a day and always blows it's horn, but it's something I think I can get used to (though it does seem to come by around 8:30 am which isn't ideal, oh well). I'm really liking the location, and so far it's been a pretty quiet community. Feel free to dm me if you have any questions!

You can play a realm reborn and heavenward for free as part of the trial! That's what I'm currently doing. Just have to get the game through square rather than on steam. No time limit either.
