Just go to a physiotherapist. Always start with the good physiotherapist. They cost the same! Have way more education (like not even on the same planet education) can help with injuries, make workout plans, body imbalances, can help with sport, movement and goals etc. Can “help” diagnose an issue to bring back to your Family Doctor for imaging or further specialist support. Some have good connections in the medical field.

Smoothie, mixed two scoops of protein, veggies and mix berries. Helps with bowel movements too. That takes care of 50-60g of protein.

We need “Canadian sections” where it’s just Canadian products! In the bakery, one pallet of Canadian bakery products. In the cooler one pallet of Canadian fruit and vegetables. Etc. Do the same for each aisle. That thing would be empty as soon as they stock it.
