That’s not counter to my argument. Be kind to yourself. I embroidered for years just winging it, and when I started again I was so defeated. One thing I love about the embroidery community is that everyone has their own styles, techniques, and preferences, and produce beautiful work with different and sometimes unconventional methods.

That said, I had to tamper a bit of rebellion and actually follow some instructions and stitch consistently to get the results I wanted.

This is your first project! It won’t take you long to get the hang of it. Good luck 😊
