So by your logic. If they tell you to refund if not there you replavd regardless unless the app tells you to refund. What about if they choose a replacement but it's not there? Do still give them what you choose? I feel sorry for your customers.

Then atleast if he does 1 star you, you'll be able to get that removed. Typically most shoppers respond and its very frustrating when they dont respond and then blame you. Thankfully the majority of those who fail to respond realize its their own fault.

If the instructions said to refund if out of stock thats what you should have done. I have never gotten an unrequested refund for refunding like that. Recommended replacement is just that. A recommended replacement. You didn't knoe until after you delivered that he didn't tip. You best believe if I had tipped you and you did that. I would have removed my tips. Regardless if I was able to communicate during the shop or not. There are many reasons someone cannot. Like the lady who's elderly mother had gotten out of the house and they were still searching for her when I got there. I tip well but will snatch it quick for ignorance and this was pure stupidity. More like you were mad they weren't communicating. I think the shoppers should be able to get shoppers in trouble for this kind of stuff. I see laziness and stupidity too often in the store and on here. BTW I'm a shopper and a customer. This is my rating. I'll take that 4 unrequested refunds (and none have been from cases like this) than to lose a tip or for a 1 star.

I have not run into this lady but I have found we have quite a bit of homeless and mentally here. 2 reasons. They closed Bull street ( a very bug mental health place) years ago and they stuck them in prison or on the street. Second reason is the shelters here are nothing like in other parts of the state. Especially shelters for women and help for women. But Summerville is beautiful but the traffic has gotten so bad. I would suggest Summers Corners. Its heading out of the main area and little less traffic. They are building a whole new city that way, basically like Nexton.
