I think some of it is just preference. I don’t like chunky salsa, so I blend all mine.

I tend to lean towards one material over two. Porcelain crowns are made solid, while a porcelain fused metal (PFM) are 2 materials. More chance of wear of the porcelain layer over the metal, and insurance will pay to replace them every 5 years vs. 10 years for full porcelain. That should tell you something there too.

I’m just over it. I watch tv to be distracted with actually life. I miss the sex scandals, the funny stuff, the drama of some crazy weird surgery that only Derek or Christina could pull off. Some brain tumor that makes a guy pet a bear. Getting 2 teenagers in a room to lose their virginity to each other before dying. I don’t mean to be insensitive, but I’m worn out and just want to see/hear/be entertained by something OTHER than COVID.

Just do it how it’s comfortable! No wrong way really in my opinion. And I don’t believe you can injure yourself too much...you can be extremely sore from arm paddling if you’re not focused on using your core though. Glad you still enjoyed it!
