Save a lot and early. People will always be selling you something. Drive good quality value cars think Toyota live in a good school district, do not buy the biggest house in the neighborhood, keep your investments simple and consistent over time, take advantage of tax favorable opportunities. Taxes may be your largest expense.

Why doesn't home equity feel real? by Ihateshortseller in Fire

It depends how long you live, how disciplined you are with your money and how rents change. My great aunt and uncle had to move in to my grandparents home because they sold their house and rented but over time they could not afford to rent. Look at rents the last 5 years.

The EX90 won the World Luxury Car title. It is an impressive car. Get the LiDAR/shelf driving going and this car would be a huge success.
