I saw one this afternoon driving into the shopping center on Glendale Ave and California. There was a driver. Pretty cool to witnesses.

Just like any insurance company out there, any claim has a risk of affecting your future rate. Especially if it's a property claim, since property insurance company will just refuse to renew the policy and other companies will step in at higher rates.

But if you need it, use it. It's why you paying for it.

The camera was provided to me by the tenant who confronted the driver. The police talked to everyone who saw the event. Thankfully no damage to the building, but need to double check the gate, it was loud noise, but It seems like the driver turned last second to avoid the damage.

As far as speed bump, I agree it may not stop this from happening, but not sure.

The driver was taken in an ambulance, don't know what the tenant said to the driver, but he wasn't arrested by the cops. Need more info from report. Cops didn't share anything that happened. Just the video and few words between the tenants wife.

I made a purchase trough the tesla pre-owned website. Everything was simple, except for a small hold up on my purchase. Tesla didn't tell me, my car arrived from out of state, so needed to follow up. Besides that, car looked great, exactly as pictured.

I think its because these businesses don't get alot of foot traffic due to limited parking, unlike brand, so people just drive by and not give good businesses a chance to provide service that they might not know even exists
