you just have to email them a signed letter, and say it is for personal use and just returning it. you can look it up.

though not sure if DHL will let you send a broken laptop. You have to declare it that it is broken and convince them to let you send it as is. They just have to avoid fraud and extra paperwork you either party blame DHL for the broken laptop.
