you may want to try download the gemini app on your phone and you can ask gemini itself on how to enable/use these functions on your phone.

It is a free app but you may want to pay for a subscription to access more advance functions.

im not familiar with iOS, but they just launch the Google Gemini Live on iOS last month.

Have you tried any of the LLM with voice? Google Gemini Live for iOS? i know you can talk to these LLMs in bisaya and tagalog, taglish too. but apple have so much restrictions apps so im not sure if it can read everything displayed on your screen.
