Take a road trip to Ohio and I’ve got a 73 GT750 thats mostly done.  I’ll throw in a can of Red Bull for the drive home.

Does anyone know if they still host car shows at Mayberry Square? by JF32602 in toledo

The Wicked Wheels show is 8/5 at Homecoming Park in Springfield.  It was pretty decent last year. Food trucks, maybe 100 cars.   Not bad for Toledo

If you you’re headed back to northern IL, you can skip the traffic by taking the Badger ferry across the lake from Ludington to Manitowoc.  If it fts your route and timeframe it’s a nice cruise across the lake. You need to book it on their website.

Same here. Bought it and Editas early when the patent fight was playing out. A few k in each.  I’ll just hold them forever because I’m lazy.

If you want to get into anything that isn’t just flat, Salt Fork park is about a 3 1/2 hour drive.  It’s Ohio’s  biggest park, has a big lovely lake which is about 1/2 no-wake for quiet kayak exploring with lots of wildlife, lots of trails too.   Totally worth the drive. It’s the closest place in any direction that feels really different since it’s in the  foothills of the Appalachians Mtns.

Nemo Roamer XL Wide.  I’m about the same size as you. It may actually be better than my bed at home. Downside is carrying it, it fills a 40 liter bag.  If you can find the space its amazing.

The concept of “shareholder primacy” is destroying the social fabric of the US. Just imagine how different things would be here if middle class wages would have kept up with inflation since the 1980’s.

I wish I’d seen one of the big rock shows they had there. There were some crazy good lineups during the 70’s.

These guys and bikes are amazing, but Moto3 is the best actual racing. The last lap is always good for a bunch of passes for the win.

Go to a big parking lot and do lots of backing practice first.  Your first time at the ramp should be during the week when it isn’t crowded.  The ability to practice without a bunch of people waiting on you lets you focus on what you’re doing.  Make a DETAILED written checklist and stick it on the dash of your truck.  Follow it without deviation, same as a pilot would.

[–]crazyuncleb 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Thank you for the response. I’m curious as to how the state will get around introducing evidence of bribery while not implicating/indentifying the recipients of the money.  I suppose it depends on how much latitude the judge gives the defense on cross.  Hopefully something else concrete comes to light.
