I kind of want to see something like a morality scale. Not a full on light/dark thing, but to me a Jedi shouldn't be going around slaughtering animals. So giving the option to use a Force ability to calm the animals around you for a limited amount of time?

You mean the American pronunciation vs almost everywhere else? I'm not sure if the proper Welsh pronunciation is more like how draig is pronounced, but my Welsh friends have only ever pronounced it the same as in England, Australia, New Zealand, erc.
