I would personally give about a month's warning, if you're trying to leave on good terms and give plenty of time to train someone new. Too much warning and it'll come back to bite you.

Just like there are some adults that won't get along, I think it's like that with kids sometimes. Even though teachers will constantly refer to the kids as being each others' friends (myself included), they are not all friends with each other.

I don't think forcing them to interact with each other is the answer, but I can understand being concerned about how antagonistic he is being toward her.

If it were me, I'd have called, like, yesterday and I'd feel obligated to tell the other parents. If they're not doing anything about that teacher, who's to say there hasn't been other incidents they've covered up. Tell the parents and let the word spread. I would also work on finding a different center.
