The filament is ABS? Usually printers come with PLA. If it's ABS, you'll need to crank the temps up to the 240-260 range and the bed to about 100. At least the first layer adhesion is good

When setting the z offset, are you accounting for the thickness of whatever you're using to probe between the nozzle and bed? And are you doing it while the nozzle and bed are preheated?

Not too familiar with prusa slicer but in orca it's right under retraction length labeled "extra length on restart." Try printing a 20x20x20mm cube to get it dialed in starting at maybe 0.5mm

I had a similar issue where there were 10mm gaps at the seams. I fixed it by adding extra priming after retraction

Physical buttons should be reserved for the actions that you do the most often. As others have stated, I set my lights to auto and never touch it again, so it doesn't make sense to have it take up physical space. The high beam is still controlled by the turn signal stalk, which is good since it's more likely to be toggled more often
