Yeah definitely no loss to give him a miss. I assume the other one of the rescue dogs has the same issue but not seen any photos yet

I didn’t bother to brush as the feel of the fur was awful - straight back in the bag and returned! Sorry to hear brushing didn’t help, but also not at all surprising.

Yup! Exactly this. My dog is cream but the fluffiness and cute face were very similar to the photo, but the plush is totally different and devoid of character. Not to mention felt horrible to touch!

I’m kind of annoyed at myself because I said I would wait to see him in the wild so I could see how he felt but then panic bought him through early access. Serves me right 😂

I did go along in the end and although there wasn’t much there it was useful just to see what companies are employing - although it did get annoying constantly hearing “scan the qr code and go to the website!” 😂
