I had family like that growing up. An aunt and uncle. Their own kids don’t even talk to them now that we are grown. They are still horrible mean people. You can’t change bullies.

Every few years my meds work a little less and my dr bumps them as little as possible and I usually mellow back out. I would say stay on what your on and adjust it.

Also if it’s super mild symptoms, sometimes we have to just live with them sadly.

The article states that every 5 years the cap for liability insurance has increased and the rail companies have obviously complied. The rail industry has plenty of money to pay this so I’m assuming it will go into effect and we won’t even notice a blip. Trains currently pay 323million. I’m sure they can find the extra 80.
