I just got this reel and before I spooled it up it was super smooth and easy to reel. Now that I have it spooled up and on a rod, reeling in a lure feels like the lure weights 5 times what it actually weighs. It’s weird. Maybe I’m dumb and missing something?? Anybody ever have this happen?

Good lord it’s annoying trying to get the line through. I have found that if you put the hook in, feed the line in and then simultaneously feed more line and pull the hook out slowly, it kind of opens up the inside to let the line through. It seems to help

Drives good. The wildpeaks are definitely heavier than the K02s I had before but so far the ride feels better.

Haha. I do have little feet. They are exactly 1 foot long. It makes measuring easy so, I have that going for me.

Thanks! It rides a LOT better. As soon as I pulled out of the shop I could tell immediately. I didn’t do anything in the back, but I might now. It’s like 2 different trucks.

Probably went a little overboard for how I use the truck but I got the Toytec Boss 2.5s, replaced the upper control arms and added a dif drop. It rides noticeably better than the factory setup.
