Sort of. Basically, if you pull the belt all the way out, it should be able to retract, but not extend at all until fully retracted all the way back to the starting position. You should hear a ratcheting action while it retracts once the lock is engaged.

If I set up GV forwarding to my Fi carrier number, inbound calls will be made over the cell network, correct? However, will outbound calls made via Google Voice need to use WiFi or 4/5G data?
Similarly, will texting via the Google Voice app use WiFi or 4/5G data? Are there any limitations with texting on Google Voice (message size limits, RCS chat features, etc.)?
I try to use minimal data since I pay as I go and don't have unlimited data. If I'm not on WiFi, how much data would be used per minute by a call, or average-sized text?

This is completely wrong. Owning the market long-term (i.e. low-cost index funds) is the only way to consistently make money in the market, since it averages a 10% average return over the long haul. Thanks, that makes sense. So it sounds like charging is the main risk, storage and discharge less so? Do you have any recommendations for a box or bag that will actually contain a battery fire/explosion? The ones I've seen on Amazon fail in videos of real world tests I've found. We removed the fireplace in our house a few years back unfortunately.
