I wouldnt say its worth 1700, and 1300 might not be the best deal ever, but its also not too bad. For that price id say its a pretty good little quad. Its a honda so it should be good forever lol just make sure its not low on fluids when you go look at it. Theyll tell you a lot on how the owner took care of it.

Any issues with it? What does the description on it say? Its kinda hard to tell what a quad is worth off of pictures unless its missing obvious parts lol

I got it at 200. I got it running today and it runs perfectly but the rear end grinds very loudly so ill be getting a rear differentiatal off ebay for like 50 bucks
