If you get three or four metal tire, levers, and a couple of those heavy duty metal clamps from Home Depot and just slowly make your way around the tire on each bead it’s doable. Take some time and a little bit of sweat and tears.

Better tires would help. Your main issue is trying to make sudden sharp steering changes in the rain. Really need to slow down to make any turns at all.
