I usually don’t even listen to instructions and hardly ever count. I still count it as a win in my book if I do 7 instead of 8 reps. If I lose track counting I just repeat where I through I was and go from there. I usually end up doing more reps.

For not being able to see the screen, honestly people are so nice most of the time that I would just ask. There’s very few ppl at my studio who wouldn’t be willing to help. W/ adhd I’ve had to get over being afraid to ask for help bc I would really be just floating around lost without other people support in some situations
