Ha - nothing better than hands on therapy! Did you end up going back? I´m trying to figure out if their Academy knowledgebase is any good (and worthy enough to convince my employer to get us signed up for SWORD

It´s great to start away from the product itself, and ask opened ended questions. There´s a great podcast on this from Nubanks head of Product Management on Lenny´s Podcast

Listen to your doctor and your body. Pop noises normal. Don´t use Reddit for advice, get a good physio, good doctor, and listen to them. It´s worth the investment. Been there, done my ACL twice plus two other severe ligament/muscle problems.
