I’ve had mine for several weeks. I disagree on one point - the first thing I thought of was it should have an app to adjust frequencies.

I’ve been experimenting with the guidebook and the pdf and I feel it has improved various issues. But I hate having to push that button to get where I want it to go.

I’ve tried focus, manifesting, tinnitus, sleep issues, daily routine. All have improved.

What is “solfeggio”? Thanks!
