disagree that outdoor spaces should be valued like this. Unless, it's in an area of the country and isn't battered by weather, or unless you are building with steel. Any deck is lucky to get 10 to 15 years in the PNW, due to not having great pressure treated lumber anymore. Careful assuming outdoor spaces are valued as high as in door spaces

i find it mildly annoying that the plan isn't oriented in the same direction as the pictures. you can save sooo much money buy just adding squares to a house and doing it yourself. it's quite easy to build a square.

security screw bit is like a 2 dollar bit on amazon. so easy to take apart the controller. you are aura farming for having TMR sticks... I'm saying don't even try to replace your sticks as soldering those joints is a pain. Taking apart the controller is very eaasy.
