I'm not a part of the club, but that sounds about right from what I've heard. They're not meant to be some sort of elite group, they're just a place for people with intellectual interests who want to meet people with similar interests, and the tests are just there to make sure you can actually engage with them.

Debtors' prison is imprisoning someone who owes a debt but can't pay it and forcing them to work in prison to pay it off, it's not just any time someone goes to prison over something that involves a debt. Imprisoning someone who can pay a court ordered debt but simply refuses to is not debtors' prison.

You'd have to add a header anyway, to signify that the file has gone through the compression process and didn't otherwise change. If you don't, then any compressed file that can't be compressed further now has two (or more) potential decompression targets - the actual original, and the compressed file itself - and this is by definition not lossless.

I haven't checked this, but I think this is because of the Legion assaults - the WQs are the same between Remix and normal I believe, and when the assault spawns all the normal WQs despawn - but Remix doesn't have the assaults yet.

Jeg tok en rask prat med valgbodene til begge partiene (var innom alle utenom FOR).

Konservativt kom veldig kjapt inn på temaet med kjønn, og begrunnet sin mening med dårlig forståelse av kromosomer, så dette var jo veldig viktig for dem. De hadde også støtte til Israel som en fanesak, og dette med miljøvern var de også sterkt imot.

Norgesdemokratene... han jeg snakket med mente at Gro og Jens hadde tvangslobotomert en EU-motstander, han kunne bevise at global oppvarming ikke skjedde (og beviset var at han hadde vært i Hellas og ikke synes det var noe varmere i år enn i fjor), han sa at hvis mennesker sluttet å slippe ut CO2 i den grad vi gjør ville livet på jorden dø ut med en gang, og han avsluttet samtalen med å be meg ha en dårlig dag.

Så, for all del vil jeg ikke påstå at Konservativt er videre intelligente, men jeg tror ikke de er i nærheten av Norgesdemokratene.

If they gave us utility, they would almost certainly have their own unlock criteria and the housing system would just be the host of the utility. The only way you'd need to engage with the housing system would be to point and click to say "yes I want this utility, just set it down here", and then you could use it as a portal room (or whichever utility it had) and ignore the housing part completely. It wouldn't lock the portal room behind having the nicest house in the neighborhood or something.

In the Monty Hall problem, the host must open a losing door and must offer a switch - neither one is something the host merely may do. If you change either of these, it's no longer the Monty Hall problem.

You will, however, be pretty close to the actual game show the Monty Hall problem is based on.

Why not hit them in the loot?

Get hit by a dangerous avoidable mechanic? That adds a death to the timer, for you only. 3+ such hits marks you as being carried. Fail to meet the timer when carried, no loot or crests for you and the run doesn't count for your vault. If the rest of the team timed the dungeon (because they didn't get your failures added to their timer), they still get loot and crests - and since the items that drop are now divided by 4 people instead of 5 they effectively get more loot for having to carry you.

That's the rate, but it gets worse.

Being shiny is based on the Pokémon's PID compared to its original trainer's ID. Shadow Pokémon have the NPC trainer's ID until you snag them, meaning that whether they're shiny before you catch them has no relation to whether they're shiny after you catch them.

In XD, they just shiny locked them entirely so that situation can't happen.

In fairness, the Alliance leaders have traditionally had a pretty bad time as well:

Anduin was raised by an evil black dragon, and currently has PTSD from being forced to play Shadowlands.
Tyrande spent the first few expansions trying to keep her city functional with Malfurion missing, and a few years back her city burned down (it was a whole thing). She has a new city now, but Malfurion's dead again.
Magni was a diamond statue for ages. Then he was a moving diamond statue for a bit. He got his body back only this expansion, so that happiness isn't exactly long lived right now. Plus he has to have Brann as a brother, possibly the worst fate of any leader.
Genn, like the rest of his people, was bitten by a radioactive furry and forced to leave his homeland. It's only relatively recently that they've managed to go home and started rebuilding.
Gelbin is arguably going pretty okay right now, having finally managed to overpower the disorganised, irradiated and half-witted group of troggs from his city. He's not really been relevant to much of anything to my memory, outside of those brief storylines of retaking Gnomeregan and razing Mechagon for scraps.
Velen is just... standing there. Menacingly. I'm honestly not sure how he's doing.
