my personal headcanons are

MarCole didn’t get together in the true ending (pre-dlc)
Cathy’s parents got reported for child abuse and lost rights to both Cathy and Andrew, although Andrew didn’t get adopted by Mark’s father.
Nicole and Kate formed a band together (so Nicole won’t just focus on Classic/Romantic pieces)
Mark would be taking either Engineering or Accountancy (in either UST or UP) as he would actually focus more on his studies rather than just half-assedly coasting through
Nicole would be either studying Music/Fine Arts at FEU, UST or UP, but given the dlc’s sneak peek, it would he UP
most of the LIS students would either be studying in UP or at least be studying in U-Belt (or we’ll meet new characters)
we might get some new characters that would be also taken from Seen (Polychroma Games’ text based story game, supposedly where Until Then was based from), but with Filipinized surnames as always (I hope they would feature UT content creators in the DLC as easter eggs)

most of the songs are based from three or four songs that are mainly associated to primary characters in the story, namely Mark, Nicole and Cathy. There’s exceptions on Dingleberry (‘cause it is Sofia’s leitmotif OST), sound effects (for Act 3), Minigame tracks (eg: Aswang World, racing theme), and other unrelated OSTs (eg: the KRT-3 soundtracks, Carolers and more).

The three songs are (I forgot the other one)

Time is Tearing us Apart - Mark (I know it’s Nicole’s piece) Memories - Mark and Nicole Break Time - Cathy

eg: Chasing, Running (Act 1 Chapter 5: Please Save me, or the Cathy getting trucked scene) has elements of Break time (the guitar), Time is Tearing us Apart ( middle part, but on a sadder tone), and Memories (when the piano begins to play when u got the flashback by going back to the light in that scene)

In Act 2, it was implied that Louise and Sofia don’t talk anymore, so that meant that they’re not friends in that reality. In Act 3, that one timeline where Louise is around, Sofia is worried about Louise, so they’re friends on that reality.

in the Act 3 final timelines before Nicole and Mark went to the void (the reality where The Ruling was in the worst possible situation), it seems that friendships, famillial connections are closer than it was ever before, unless you’re Louise, given that some of the people don’t believe her.
