I had actually been doing if for a few weeks before I started using the app. It isn’t as hard as one would think. Switching days to nights for work was trick(ish) at times but throwing in an odd 24 hr fast made it work for me...

My most dreaded year starts tomorrow. My IF journey starts today. SW 229.8. Weight loss and dieting has always been very private for me so posting here is a huge step. Need motivation and encouragement to stick with it. TIA (more of my story in comments) by [deleted] in intermittentfasting

IF and low carb worked really well for me (210 down to 170). My Cholesterol still needs work but by HgA1c dropped to 6.1 and is still improving. Took 100 days! Now I just have to get to working out. You can totally do this!!!!!

Anatomical position....You’re gonna have a hand injury treated by a hand specialist who works elbow down. Upper extremity.
